Admission Process

  • At Sculpture, the admission for Pre-school and After School Program registration is open for the academic year 2025.
  • The Enquiry can be now submitted online through our Online Admissions Portal. Please follow the below mentioned procedure for admission.

  • Procedure 1: Fill in Online Enquiry Form
    Click the button below to submit an enquiry form and Our Admissions Executive will contact you within one working day.

  • Procedure 2: Application Review & Interaction
    At Sculpture, the admission office will carefully review your submitted online enquiry form, and then you will receive an email confirming that your enquiry is put through admission process and request parents and child to appear for enquiry interaction along with required documents such as,

    • Birth Certificate: Provide a copy of your child’s authenticated birth certificate with complete parents’ details
    • Aadhar card: To provide a copy of the child’s and parents’ Aadhar Card (or) Any other Government authorized document.
    • Proof of Address: Submit proof of your address.
    • Medical Records: Provide the child immunization records.
    • Photographs: Provide 2 recent passport-sized photographs of your child.

    The interaction may happen at two stages,

    • Child’s Assessment: Admission Executive will conduct an objective assessment of physical and emotional readiness of the child to attend the pre-school.
    • Parents’ Conversations: Admission Executive will conduct interview with parents to understand the child’s needs, behaviour and communication Pattern.

  • Procedure 3: Enrollment Process
    At Sculpture, the admission executive will notify parents of the enrollment decision once the application and interaction are completed such as,

    • Enrollment Acceptance: the Sculpture has accepted the application based on review and interaction.
    • Enrollment Waitlist: the Sculpture has put the application on waiting list and in due course, the Sculpture will inform if spot becomes available.
    • Enrollment Rejection: the Sculpture has reserved the right to reject the application if it is not meeting required standards.

    Once the enrollment acceptance is notified long with fees details through email, the parents are required to pay the fees with deadline.

  • Procedure 4: Induction Sessions
    Once the fees are paid, the admission executive will inform the parents about an induction session schedule with respective classroom teacher. On notified date, parents should bring the child for the induction session.
